Welcome to

JT Ranch LLC is a therapeutic ranch dedicated to promoting emotional wellness and mental peace through evidence based Equine Therapy and Animal-Assisted Therapy. We specialize in providing compassionate, hands-on therapeutic experiences for Veterans, First Responders, and children with special needs. Our mission is to create a peaceful, supportive space where healing begins through connection—with animals, with nature, and with oneself.

WHY THIS IS NEEDED
-
Veterans & First Responders: Many face invisible wounds—PTSD, anxiety, and emotional trauma. Evidence Based Equine therapy offers a calming, non-judgmental space to process and heal.
-
Children with Special Needs: Animal interactions promote communication, emotional regulation, confidence, and motor skills in a nurturing environment.
-
Mental Health Matters: In a fast-paced and disconnected world, therapeutic animal relationships help reduce stress, promote mindfulness, and restore inner balance.

IS IT FREE?
JT Ranch is currently in the process of working with insurance companies and obtaining our non-profit status so that we can get support from our local businesses and community.
NO PRESSURE, Just PreSence
At JT Ranch, there’s no pressure to talk, perform, or be anything other than yourself. Healing here is quiet, natural, and deeply personal. Whether you're walking beside a horse, feeding chickens, or just breathing in the fresh country air, you're welcome to move at your own pace.
Our animals each offer something unique to support that journey:
-
Horses help build trust, confidence, and emotional awareness through gentle, intuitive interaction.
-
Cows bring a steady, calming energy that soothes anxiety and grounds the spirit.
-
Pigs add joy and laughter with their curious, playful personalities.
-
Dogs offer comfort, companionship, and emotional support when you need it most.
-
Chickens and Peacocks invite mindfulness and childlike wonder—reminding us to slow down and appreciate the moment.
There’s no “right way” to heal here. Whether you’re brushing a horse, sitting quietly with a dog, or watching a peacock strut across the pasture, you’re doing exactly what you need to.
Just show up. Let the animals—and the peace—meet you where you are.
All interactions are supported by trained facilitators with experience in evidence based trauma-informed care and therapeutic animal support. You lead the pace.
